Details of primary job duties

A. Carrying out business and marketing activities in the import and export agricultural products industry: rice and other agricultural products

  1. Check the documents before making the collection and expenditure procedures according to the regulations promulgated by the State.
  2. Prepare initial documents (receipt and payment slips according to the form of the Ministry of Finance) to serve as a basis for the treasurer to collect and spend money according to regulations and ensure timely and accurate.
  3. Determining and classifying documents according to arising economic transactions.
  4. Transfer original documents to relevant departments (basic units under the company) every month from the 1st to the 5th.
  5. Track internal advances.
  6. Print fund report and cash book.
  7. Reconcile the end-of-day balance check with the cashier.
  8. Reconcile cash balance between fund report and general accounting of the company.
  9. Make a declaration of goods purchased for VAT according to the form.
  10. Other related tasks as assigned by management.

  1. Comply with regulations on working hours, uniforms, and other labor regulations.
  2. Working attitude and coordination with other departments, respect and polite, professional behavior with employees and candidates.
