Details of primary job duties
A. Carrying out business and marketing activities in the import and export agricultural products industry: rice and other agricultural products
- Check the documents before making the collection and expenditure procedures according to the regulations promulgated by the State.
- Prepare initial documents (receipt and payment slips according to the form of the Ministry of Finance) to serve as a basis for the treasurer to collect and spend money according to regulations and ensure timely and accurate.
- Determining and classifying documents according to arising economic transactions.
- Transfer original documents to relevant departments (basic units under the company) every month from the 1st to the 5th.
- Track internal advances.
- Print fund report and cash book.
- Reconcile the end-of-day balance check with the cashier.
- Reconcile cash balance between fund report and general accounting of the company.
- Make a declaration of goods purchased for VAT according to the form.
- Other related tasks as assigned by management.

C. Comply with rules, regulations, and working manners
- Comply with regulations on working hours, uniforms, and other labor regulations.
- Working attitude and coordination with other departments, respect and polite, professional behavior with employees and candidates.
