Regarding qualifications and experience:

  • Education level: Graduated from high school/college or higher, majoring in Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Agriculture, etc.
  • Experience: At least 1 year working as an Import-Export document officer (Agricultural industry is an advantage), import-export operations.
  • Use English fluently.

About knowledge and skills:

  • Understanding import-export and international payments.
  • Skillful, meticulous, careful, logical thinking.
  • Good use of office computers.
  • Able to handle situations well. Dynamic, sociable, honest, teamwork spirit, independent, able to withstand high responsibility and great pressure at work.
  • Have a progressive spirit.
  • Able to accommodate planned and unscheduled business travel.
  • Know how to use basic design tools like Photoshop.
  • Ability to write, read, understand, and communicate fluently in Vietnamese and English.
  • Have a sense of responsibility, work independently, and work well in a team.

Details of primary job duties

A. Carrying out business and marketing activities in the import and export agricultural products industry: rice and other agricultural products

  1. Make international payments to make export contracts in the form of L/C, T/T, D/A,…
  2. Store, classify, and arrange documents scientifically and systematically.
  3. Resolve arising problems related to delivery and receipt of goods, transportation, warehousing, etc.
  4. Responsible for contacting foreign agents to negotiate transport prices
  5. Dialogue with partners, suppliers, and customers in many specific cases.
  6. Drafting contracts, invoices, Packing lists, DO…
  7. Prepare documents related to goods for documentation and plant quarantine registration. Customs declaration, forwarding, and carrying out procedures for liquidation and customs clearance of goods.
  8. Update new information on regulations and laws related to the import-export industry.
  9. Deploy Bill, Telex Release according to superior's request.
  10. Other related tasks as assigned by management
  11. Report weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales to direct superiors and update customs and goods sales data.
  12. Report the status of assigned tasks to direct management.
  13. Continuously update and reform processes to suit actual operations, improving business efficiency.

  1. Comply with regulations on working hours, uniforms, and other labor regulations.
  2. Working attitude, coordination with other departments, respect and politeness, and professional behavior with employees and candidates.
